Entries mailed directly to the festival must be received by 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 3, 2003. All reasonable efforts will be made to store, transport, and serve each entry in the best possible manner and condition. As shipping may resuspend sediment, entries should be shipped early enough to allow sufficient time for settling for best appearance by judging time.
