The Connecticut College Arboretum, encompassing 750 acres of preserved open space surrounding the campus, is a living laboratory just a few steps from the classroom. Generations of faculty and students have used the forests, meadows and wetlands for teaching and research. It is one of our greatest resources and is used in classes such as Ecology 207.
